Dr. Mariana Guedea is a global leader and businesswoman committed to advancing global cooperation, economic development, and strategic alliances across borders. She holds an honorary doctorate from the Claustro Doctoral Iberoamericano, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, an MBA with emphasis in finance, a Masters degree in Education, and a PhD in Education.

She serves as President of the Women Economic Forum RGV, USA Country Chair for G100 Mission Million Youth Engagement, CEO & Founder of MERAKI, and President of 50+1 McAllen Chapter. Her work convenes business leaders, diplomats, government officials, academia, and civil society to foster international partnerships, investment, human capital development, and sustainable economic and social progress.

Recognized by Grupo Expansión as one of Mexico’s “30 Promises” in 2022. Recipient of the TEC Women Award 2025, and Harvard LAEF 2018. She is also a TEDx speaker with a multidisciplinary background spanning finance, education, entrepreneurship, and social impact with expertise in Mental Health.
